Need a quote or have questions? Please leave us your name, email, a brief message, or date & time of pick-up, flavor desired, how many servings needed, description of design. As soon as we can, we will communicate with you. ( can take over 24 hours to answer on busy days)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We highly recommend to book your date with at least 2 weeks in advanced. Custom cakes take time, and we want to give our best.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Reservation for your order is not guaranteed until non-refundable deposit is received within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, availability for your date is no longer guaranteed. Balance is due before picking up or delivery (only available for tiered cakes with an additional fee).
Any changes to the original order that are made within 1 week of your pickup date are not guaranteed and may have an additional charge.
L’treats is not responsible for any damage to the order once the order is in your possession, follow handling and care instructions on your invoice.
The cakes and treats may contain or come into contact with known allergens such as dairy, wheat, nuts, as my kitchen is NOT an allergen-free zone. Allergens will be listed on the labels for your order. Customer assumes all responsibility. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
L’treats reserves the right to capture and use photograph(s) or video of your order for display and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to your pickup date and a refund will be issued (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 14 days of ready date are not eligible for a refund. Deposit/payment can be applied as a credit toward a new order or reschedule.
We love receiving inspirational photos with ideas, but don’t make our cakes exactly as the photos. We like to add our own style. Also remember that colors may not look exactly as the ones desired.
I CANNOT SHIP. ORDERS ARE FOR PICK UP ONLY IN ROUND ROCK, TX AREA.
Important: Don’t attempt smashing the cake with face or hands. Cakes can have supporting dowels hidden inside the cake that can hurt or cause damage to eyes, face, or face if smashed.
PICK UP POLICY
There will be a 30-minute window for your pickup. For example, if you are scheduled to pick up at 1pm, I will wait from 1:00 – 1:30pm. If you are running late or cannot make it during the scheduled time, please contact me immediately so that we can reschedule your pickup.
If there is no communication, the pickup will be rescheduled until my next available time.
